Notes from the guys:
For those on the north end of UWS or south end of Morningside Heights, this truck is exactly that. Ebru had really good meats, incredible eggplant+olives+veggies, and importantly a great falafel (says @chrisecrowley). If the red sauce was spicier, or if they had fries, or if the rice had more flavor, it would be considered elite for me, but that’s just personal preference!
