Notes from the guys:
$16 for a terribly underwhelming plate of halal. Flavorless rice and burnt meat combo really just made me sad to eat. Others <5 min away walking are the normal $6-$7 of high quality ingredients, so cannot recommend. I’ve only had positive experiences with every halal truck guy, for the 50+ trucks I’ve been to. Unfortunately, this streak broke at this 72nd St truck, where my guy was unfriendly with everyone who came by, and clearly upcharging everyone for any and every item.
