Notes from the guys:

Lots of good things about this truck, including the fresh meat, different rice options, and solid white/red sauces. However, there’s almost always a long line, which, despite the hard work and effort of the guys, makes a 20-30 min wait for a plate feel unnecessary given other, quicker options nearby. Notes – extra white sauce means extra, extra (like too much) so better to ask for the normal amount, and personally, I liked the normal rice more than the (not spicy) spicy rice.
