I had been hearing about this truck a lot recently, but any time there's any amount of hype, I immediately become skeptical. Boy, was I happy to be proven wrong. Hailing from Algeria, Ahmed made it a point to make every part of the plate work to perfection - two types of rices, both which were great, extremely flavorful lamb and chicken, fresh veggies, good red and white sauce, as well as a great green sauce.
